What is Maeng Da Green Kratom?

Maeng Da Green is kratom made from the leaves of Mitragyna speciosa, a tree native to Southeast Asia. The “green” label refers to the leaf profile, often described as balanced.

How to use Maeng Da Green Kratom

As tea: weigh 1 gram, steep for 10 to 15 minutes in hot water, then strain. For direct use, weigh carefully and take with water or light food. Wait at least 60 to 90 minutes before evaluating.

Beginners usually start at 1 gram. Experienced users often stay between 1 and 2 grams. Avoid re-dosing on the same day.
